So have you gotten that Twitter account up and running yet? No? Oops – your customers have beaten you to the party then. I use Twitter as a reference source and a sounding board. I know I need to be more diligent about my use of Twitter to engage my customers. Yes this all sounds good – but what exactly does it mean – right? Because I’ve heard it before too and I’ve thought to myself – ok people how about some examples of what “engaging my customer” means! Just finished reading a great article in the NY Times that really gives examples of the best ways Small Businesses are using Twitter to promote themselves. Go ahead take a look – can you come up with some examples of your own? Share them on our blog so everyone can benefit – you know – community and all!
